What will be included in each community?

Based on the living option selected, rooms will include either a single or double twin extra-large bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, built-in closets, individually controlled heat and air-conditioning, Ethernet connection, and wi-fi.

What is included in each community?

• 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance
• Campus Police Patrols and security monitoring
• Secure Bike Storage Area
• Study rooms on each Floor
• Common area kitchens on each Floor
• Open courtyard with grills and green space

What safety measures will be in place for residents?

All buildings will be built and designed with the necessary components to provide a safe and comfortable living experience.

What technology will be available to residents?

Residents will be able to take advantage of the following in their suites and/or building:  Wired Network Connections in every room for connecting your laptop or gaming system. WIFI Network connections (includes WIFI AC standard for gigabit connectivity).

Where will the student housing be located?

Student housing will be located on either the Mission College campus or the West Valley College campus – careful consideration of each campus is currently taking place.

What living options are being considered

Traditional Single - This unit layout includes one Bedroom and a shared community bathroom with the other residents. The showers are divided into individual showers and have dividers for privacy.

Traditional Double - This unit layout includes one Bedroom that two residents share and a community bathroom with other residents.

Deluxe Single - These units include two single bedrooms with two bathrooms
